There are two ways you can make Corporate Matching Gifts:

1) Ask your employer for a company form to submit along with your donation, for Adelante Foundation to process and send back to the employer. Shortly afterward, the company will send Adelante a matching gift.

Or

2) Send us your donation first. After you receive an acknowledgment from us, thanking you for your contribution present it to your matching gifts officer. Your company can then complete the submission process.
