Mike Wiesner -
International Director of Development
Following a year living and working as a volunteer with Adelante in Honduras, Mike decided to make a change from the corporate world. He and his wife, Michelle, left Honduras to return to Colorado and begin operations in the U.S. as Director of Development. Mike's passion for the women who Adelante helps and his experience in sales and marketing bring a dynamic energy to this new states-side structure.
Lindsey Daly -
Development Coordinator - US Operations

In 2005, Lindsey had the unique experience of visiting rural communities supported by Fundación Adelante in Honduras. This year, she became fully immersed in Adelante's mission as the administrative specialist, coordinating contributions, reporting, and bookkeeping needs. She lives in Denver with her husband, Trevor.
Shannon Clohosey –
Development Volunteer

In the summer of 2007, when she began working as a co-operant for a local environmental NGO, Shannon moved to La Ceiba. Eager to stay in Honduras, she jumped at the opportunity to work with Fundacion Adelante, and continue to see, learn, and practice many of the themes and issues that were the focus of her undergraduate degree in International Development from the University of Guelph, and her Masters Degree in Environmental Studies from Dalhousie University in Halifax. Shannon is from the Bruce Peninsula in Ontario, Canada.
